Challenge

Bitdefender needed a B2B launch event designed to reunite Bitdefender business partners and distributors, a quite tough and rather hard to impress crowd, as they were all constantly exposed to the latest innovations & technologies.

Solution

To make it a real hit, we used in premiere, an internationally multi-awarded marketing tool: Gravity Lifter creating an impactful levitating logos effect on the scene and keeping al eyes on the presentation for the entire event. The final act of the event was a highly appreciated concert by Amna which crowned the multisensorial experience we promised our attendees.

Results

The participants gave the event a maximum satisfaction score (5 points on the attendee satisfaction survey form) and more than 70% responded to the post-event “Thank you” letter, appreciating the quality of the event.
