World Class, the largest health & fitness network in Romania, needed to reinforce its #BeHealthy Manifesto, as part of its mission to motivate and inspire more Romanians to be more active. The objective was to educate people about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle in a fun and memorable way and also grow the #BeHealthy community.

The Perceptum Solution

The #BeHealthy Festival designed and organized by Perceptum Agency starting 2018, was the perfect solution to mobilize more Romanians from different parts of the country and get them together to send the most powerful message about the #BeHealthy priority.

The name of the festival was chosen to be connected to the World Class BeHealthy mission. Over the years, the festival organized by World Class with the Perceptum Agenty became the largest health & fitness urban festival in Romania.

We chose strategic locations in Bucharest, Timișoara, Cluj, Constanța, with generous outdoor positioning.

We built a strong communication plan for each edition that we organized, including Performance Marketing Campaign with Google and Facebook ads, press releases, press conference, rich content on Social Media, contests, Live sessions and influencer campaigns.

The festival program included: the most popular group fitness classes, challenges, prizes, bootcamps, kids activities and #BeHealthy Kids Race. We also brought to the festival an experiential activation, the VR Rider, a smart combination between planking and gamification, to challenge the participants in a fun and entertaining way.
