Launching event


The Client

Skanska Romania is an innovative developer of green office buildings creating friendly environment for business growth. The company has been operating in Romania since 2011 and is part of the Skanska Group, world leader in project development and construction.

The Objective

Skanska wanted to organize the opening event for the first phase of construction for Campus 6, the newest office project, located in the central-western part of Bucharest. The event aimed to bring close to the target audience the benefits and benefits of Campus 6 as a healthy, innovative, flexible workspace where employees can express their creativity and find their way of life reflected.

The Concept

We came with a concept that communicated to the target audience, in an experimental manner, the main differentiators of this project that respond to the needs and expectations of future tenants.
The whole event was a projection of the future benefits of Campus 6, with an emphasis on innovation and creativity, through hi-tech activations and unique, interactive elements.


For the Campus 6 project launch event, Perceptum Concept proposed the best solution for transforming the site from the Iuliu Maniu intersection with Vasile Milea – where the Skanska project is being developed – into a fresh, relaxed, and friendly space.

One of the key moments of the event was the presentation of the Skanska time capsule.
Perceptum included in the event a large augmented reality wall that incorporated four images representative of the four promoted messages. Guests could interact with the wall while enjoying a unique networking area near it. With the augmented reality application – available on both guest and phone tablets – we created an animated, original story about Campus 6 differentiators that immediately caught the attention and interest.


The guests were extremely positive about the new business location opportunity and more than 55% of the guests expressed interest in receiving an offer to consider for their future location when they received the follow-up email.
